Alambre de Res this dish is tradicional in many places in México
You will love this it because you can make many versions of Alambre , beef, chicken , shrimp , mixed or vegetables only
This cooks pretty fast, so you want everything ready.
First put bacon and fry,add onion for 5 minutes.
Add steak and seasonings,I use Himalayan Sea Salt, ground black pepper only if you want can use cumin, oregano, any Mexican spice you favor. Simmer for 10 minutes, and add peppers.Drain liquid and add cheese. I serve mine right from the pan with corn tortilla gluten free. ENJOY
1 pound of beef you prefer
3 pieces peppers
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
cheese to taste
Guacamole Dip to taste
Salsa of Habanero to taste
